Questions, corrections, and topic suggestions all reach the same desk. This page explains what to send, what we can help with, and how to reach us by form, phone, or post.

How to reach us
For anything longer than a quick note, the form is easier for both sides because it keeps the details in one place. If you are writing about a specific product among the natural supplements for men you have seen on a shelf in Samarinda or anywhere in Indonesia, include the brand name and where you saw it — we find it faster that way.
What to write about
Messages we can act on
The most useful messages fall into a few types. A label we have described incorrectly, or a formula that has changed since we wrote about it. A men's vitamin formula stocked in Indonesian retail that we have not covered yet. A question about how to read a specific ingredient line. Or a general topic suggestion for the site.
All of those are welcome and all of them get read. If you are asking about a personal health situation, we cannot help with that, and we would rather tell you now than leave you waiting.
Corrections get priority
Put an error in the first line of your message and include the page it is on. Product formulas change, retail listings get updated, and labels get reformulated, so corrections are the most valuable thing readers send us. When we confirm a correction, we update the page. That is the whole process.
Prefer to call?
Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00, from Samarinda.
Put an error in the first line, and it moves to the front of the queue.
What happens after you send
Messages arrive in the editorial queue and are read in the order they come in, with corrections moved to the front. Most get a reply within a few working days. If your note is a product suggestion rather than a question, we may not reply individually, but it does get logged and reviewed when we plan new comparisons — which is how new men's vitamin formulas and herbal capsules make it onto the site.
We do not give personal health advice, we do not recommend specific products for individual situations, and we do not sell supplements or process orders for any brand. We also cannot comment on products we have not reviewed. If your question falls outside those limits, we will say so in our reply rather than guess at an answer.
Reading a label before you write
Most ingredient questions come down to the same few things: the serving size on the label, whether the amounts are per capsule or per day, and whether the blend is listed as a total or broken out. Note which of those you are looking at and the reply is usually a short one. Our guide to men's vitamin formulas walks through the same reading order we use here.
Our postal address
SehatPria operates from Jl. Jend. Sudirman No. 5, Sidomulyo, Samarinda, 75117, East Kalimantan, Indonesia. Written correspondence reaches the editorial team at that address, though it is slower than the form. If your message is time-sensitive, use the form or the phone line instead.

Finding the editorial office
The desk sits on Jl. Jend. Sudirman in Sidomulyo, Samarinda. There is no walk-in counter for product returns or orders — the address is an editorial office, and visits are best arranged by phone first so someone is free to talk.
Calls are answered Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 18:00. If you get the line outside those hours, send the form and we will pick it up the next working day.
Before you write
Is this a correction or a question?
Say which in the first line. Corrections move to the front of the queue; questions get read in order.
Which page were you reading?
A comparison, a vitamin formula page, or a botanical entry — the page name saves us a round of searching.
Where did you see the product?
A Samarinda shop, an online listing, or a label at home — the source tells us whether we can verify it ourselves.
Is it about your own situation?
We do not answer those by email. Ask a qualified professional instead — we stick to what the label and the ingredient list say.
Still deciding what to ask?
The criteria page shows what we check on every formula before it goes up, and the vitamin guide covers the reading order for the men's vitamin formulas and natural capsules for strength and vitality we see most often in Indonesian retail.
